We accept returns or exchanges 30 days from the date of purchase, provided the merchandise is unused and in its original packaging. If you receive an item that does not fit properly, or is not what you had in mind, we will promptly refund your payment or replace your item, whichever you prefer.  However shipping charges are not refundable. Please ship return items along with a copy of the sales receipt to Players Catalog Sales pre-paid. Warranty Issues

All Louisville Slugger bats have a one year warranty from the purchase date. Please hold on to your receipt and contact them directly for warranty issues.
